Saturday, April 15 2017 12:00 PM 3:00 PM EDT

ABOUT ABOUT

Improvisation is a form of theater that allows for an almost limitless approach to what is possible for a performer to embody. An improviser can play a character with a background or outlook wildly divergent from their own and the audience will follow the most extreme choices as long as the emotional reality remains intact. Andrew will put students through a series of scenes and exercises designed to push for unusual and surprising choices all while maintaining a firm grounding in emotional reality.
