Scene Study: Building on the skills learned in Acting 101, Acting 201 puts more of a focus on the two person scene. Through a mix of exercise and workshopping, students will strengthen skills as well as learn new ways to approach scenes to create more believable characters.
Prerequisites: Audition.
Audition Date: Monday, May 15th, 2017
Audition Time: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Audition Slot: After submitting your registration you will be emailed a 10 minute slot for your audition.
Audition Material: You can bring a one minute audition from a play if you have one prepared. If you do not, you can do a cold scene reading at the audition from provided scripts. If you have a headshot / resume, feel free to bring them along.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Griffin Stanton-Ameisen is a Philly-based performer, teaching artist, and producer. He has performed around in theatre's around town and regionally, including Azuka Theatre, Act II Playhouse, the Delaware Shakespeare Festival, Delaware Theatre Company, Egopo Classic Theatre, Inis Nua Theatre, InterAct Theatre, the National Constitution Center, Quintessence Theatre Group, Shakespeare on the Sound, Theatre Horizon, among others. Griffin is the founder and Artistic Director of Revolution Shakespeare (revolutionshakespeare.org).
