JOE MOORE BIO
Joe Moore is a writer, host, sketch comedy instructor and producer. Joe is the host of Guilty Pleasures originally created by Brendan Kennedy and starring Roger C. Snair, which besides being PHIT’s longest running variety show was named Phiadelphia’s Best Comedy Night Out in 2015 by Philadelphia Magazine. Since 2012 Joe has served as head writer of PHIT Sketch House Team Dog Mountain which has performed in Philly Sketchfest, The North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival and Hell Yes Fest in New Orleans. Joe has taught at PHIT Comedy since 2013. He’s spent his entire life living in New Jersey, where he can still be found rolling around on the carpet with his dog Pablo, daughter Dot and wife Emily.

Joe has studied sketch writing under Brian Kelly, Paul Triggiani, Michael Delaney (UCB), Kevin McDonald (Kids in the Hall) and Rich Talarico (Key and Peele, SNL) as well as taking improv classes at PHIT. When he takes a break from writing comedy he records really bad experimental music, because seriously, who doesn’t?
