ABOUT ABOUT

PHIT Improv intensives give you the benefit of going through an entire PHIT level in a very short amount of time. A class that would normally meet once a week for eight weeks is condensed into meeting just a few days in one week! We also occasionally offer a full program intensive where you complete Improv levels 101 – 401 in just one month! Each intensive includes a pass for free admission to PHIT shows and access to improv practice groups, and a class graduation show.

Intermediate Improv and Scenework Techniques: In this class, students will work the skills they were previously introduced to with more targeted exercises the help them explore the concepts of character, relationship, and environment on stage more deeply. They will also learn how to recognize and build on patterns to advance their scenes. Students will begin to learn elements of structure for performance and create fully improvised scenes with more than two performers.
